COVID-19 vaccination

A couple of days ago I got a message from my GP inviting me to have a COVID-19 vaccination. I have to admit that I was a little surprised. Given my age and not having any underlying health conditions, I am not a high priority (according to the governments priority list I am in the last of the priority groups). I even rang my GP to make sure that there was no mistake but was told that they were vaccinating anybody in the age range 16 to 64. Therefore I booked a vaccination which will be later this week. My only regret is that there was no way to let my wife go first but hopefully it will not be too long until she is vaccinated as well.

Update on 7 March: I was vaccinated last week. Afterwards I did feel below par for a couple of days but not unwell. No update yet on when my wife will be vaccinated.
