The Coronavirus pandemic means there is no parkrun in the United Kingdom at present and therefore I could not run at a local parkrun this year. I did manage to go out for a slow run around our local common land.
Sadly it appears that the run was too much for my right Achilles heal which has been sore since yesterday.
