In January 2001 I joined my current employer. Back then the company I joined was CMG Admiral (CMG had bought Admiral six months earlier but the two companies had only started operating as one only at the turn off the year). Since then Logica acquired CMG (the name Admiral was dropped soon after its merger) and in turn was acquired by CGI. Fifteen years on and the company has changed but I have remained, although I am now home based rather than office based.
Update: The company recognised my service with a bonus of £200 net.
